Description of a typical 1st session

 

• Review of the pre-session questionnaire

• Confirm your goal. As with many endeavors, without a clear goal your precious time will be wasted...we will NOT allow this to happen

• We mutually commit to the process, you and I verbally, and if needed written, agree to work towards your goal. This agreement acts as an added level of accountability

• Coaching is done primarily via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, etc.

​How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchase, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. Keep in mind each purchase includes three (3) hours of coaching and you are free to decide how the time is used. Also available in non-traditional business hours.
